When You..	Shows as Liked in your "About" profile	Page Content will Show in Your Newsfeed	Your name or profile might show up on that page's page or in their ads.
Like a Page	YES	YES	YES
Follows a Page	NO	YES	NO

As a user, you might want to only “Follow” a particular page if you do not want Facebook to publicly associate you with that page.
